Employee Handbook

Saint Mary’s College is committed to providing an education of mind and spirit. To achieve this goal, the College recognizes that it needs a dedicated and excellent staff. The Employee Handbook — which may be accessed via the College’s portal, mySaintMarys — is for the use of both new and experienced staff and administrators. To access the Employee Handbook at mySaintMarys, College staff must enter the first part of their email address (BEFORE “@saintmarys.edu”) and their password used for email.

The Employee Handbook is designed to provide staff and administrators with a summary description of College personnel policies, programs, and employee benefits. Any subsequent revisions or modifications supersede this Employee Handbook. It is the responsibility of College employees to read this handbook.
