Payroll Direct Deposit

The College pays through an automated direct deposit service for employees, which automatically deposits a pay advice/stub in an employee’s bank or credit union account. No paychecks are distributed.

To use this service, employees complete a direct deposit authorization form, which is available from the Human Resources Office, 106 Facilities Building, or may be accessed online at

Employees can view and/or print their Pay Advice/Stub through the College's portal mySaintMarys. To access, faculty, staff and administrators must enter the first part of their email address (BEFORE “”) and their password used for email.
